ChinaI was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction (after experiencing urinary problems, I had an urgent need to ***, and it was always super painful). I started to read more about it and find out that Kegels helps to prevent from it as well as to get better! My doctor confirmed that it is a good idea to get a product that can help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. It was an excellent purchase considering the price, quality and what difference it made in my everyday life!
ChinaI purchased it a while ago, and now after trying it many times, I decided to review it and share my experience with it: - Super easy to pair and to use it - Bluetooth works well on my iPhone and iPad - App has a lot of useful information (I suggest you read it before starting if you don’t know much about it) - Fun and challenging games on the App (no more candy crush for me, now I have my grip and contraction game that also does something good for me) - It’s a compact trainer so that I can travel with it
ChinaI love the device. I am a pelvic floor physical therapist and I see many women in my clinic that are not activating their pelvic floor muscles correctly. Even after I teach them, they can still struggle. This device even helped me activate my muscles better, and I know a thing or two about how to Kegel. You also can not beat the price and ease of use. I think it will help my patients, and myself get better results. We are busy women, if we are going to take the time to do “kegels”, you may as well do them correctly. The app gives you a visual and helps you target ALL of the correct muscles, which if you are weak is a very hard task without help. I’ve been recommending to many of my patients, after trying it out for myself!
ChinaI have been using this Kegel exerciser for almost a week. Over the years, I tried a couple of other Kegel products and gave up. I think I needed more of a “beginner” option, and this has that. It is the first one I can see myself using consistently and making improvements with. I have weak muscles and those modes have more feedback that allows me to see what/how I am doing. I was able to use this right away, but I knew I wasn’t quite using it optimally in a couple of ways. The in-app information and email support were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had more than enough information to start to succeed.
ChinaThis product is VERY nice!! After reading that others were having connectivity issues it made me a bit nervous, but to my surprise that did not happen to me. Next, I’d like to say the quality of this device is hands down amazing. It feels nice and inserts without any discomfort, for me at least. I would recommend a water based lubricant if necessary.
